Bass Guitar & Vocals

Started on guitar at a tender young age; switched to bass when I lost a coin toss and saw Hot Tuna for the first time! Played in Timber Ridge,southern rock cover band in the late 70's. Started/bankrupted my first sound company same time. 80's,90's I was live soundman/owner of sound co. Early 90's began playing again,exclusively bass guitar. Played in County Line (among other names!) a southern rock cover band. I was one of the founders of Big Southern; again a southern outfit. Began fiddling with PA systems again; Black and Blue audio was born! Joined Boothill Express; bass,backing vocals sound & lights. Played something like 130 gigs in a little over two years, including opening for the Blueclaws baseball team (sold-out 7,000 people) and JIMC octoberfest,3,000++ people! I'm happy to say I'm back with my Big Southern brothers again here in Southern Steel!
